Family Drop In: Literacy Circle

9:45-10:25: A Long Look at Eggs! What can we do with our eggs? What shape and colour are they? How do they feel? Do they sink or float in water? You will need:

• a few hardboiled eggs
• a metal soup spoon
• a large bowl or bin of water
• markers, crayons or stickers to decorate the eggs
• a rag to wipe the eggs dry

10:30 – 11:00: Literacy Circle with focus on Birds

 11:00-12:15: Active Kids: We can practice our dancing, twirling, and flying movements as we move to the rhythms of traditional Indian music!
