Magic Mixtures – Play Dough and Beyond!

Join us virtually! Today’s magic mixture is a soft twist on the regular play dough! We’ll be making Cotton Ball Dough

You will need:

• 1 cup flour
• ¾ to 1 cup water
• 1 bag of cotton balls
• A mixing bowl
• A cookie sheet
• Remember to cover your work surface with newsprint and have a rag ready to clean up messes.

Instructions:

1. Mix flour, and water in bowl until smooth paste
2. Coat cotton balls in paste
3. Allow excess mixture to fall off each ball
4. Form balls into desired shapes on cookie sheet
5. Bake in a 325° oven for 1 hour or until lightly browned and hard
