Meet Juliana

When her youngest daughter was born, Juliana had no help or support system. Her daughter had a lot of anxiety and struggled to learn English after their move from Brazil. At CMCP, Juliana and her daughter found community and friendships. Juliana has a support system she can count on and her daughter is thriving and much more prepared to begin school.

"Both of my children have enjoyed coming to the program. We have learned new songs and rhymes that we sing together at home. We have learned about and participated in different community events through this program. My daughter particularly enjoyed the school readiness program before starting JK. I love having a place to bring my son for a stimulating morning. "

Meet Mel

Mel has been coming to CMCP since her daughter was two years-old. As a single mother, Mel really values the support the CMCP provides. The community of staff and parents has helped her to build a network and meet new friends. The programs and activities have improved her daughter's gross motor skills, developed her language abilities, and increased her social skills.

"It provides us a place of trust, support and a real sense of community. We LOVE the program and the staff are just so wonderful. More importantly, the routine and structure and educational aspect has propelled my daughter's developmental milestones. "
